Poor management and customer service. Consistently bad experience.
It’s really amazing
Caught them reporting my order as ready 7 minutes before it was. Also saw someone in the kitchen eat a fry out of a customer’s bag. And then eat from another box of fries they then put in a bag. Observed 2/12/26.
Most of the time ice machine will be out of order and service is slow - looks like staff shortage
