i had to wait 30 minutes just for them to refill the lids at the drink station after asking them twice to do it.
Ordered Mchickens plain nothing on them and it even said on the board "Plain" I go home to eat open the bag find that none of them were plain and I even confirmed with the employee and they still got it incorrect
I was driving through on my way to Nova Scotia and stopped here. It was nice and clean and friendly.
They always messed up the order....all the time. The worst McDonald's service in Durham region. Every week there are new employees who may not have enough training or just don't care about customer service.
