Honestly, I come to this McDonald’s often cause it’s close to home but tonight close to 4 AM On January 24, I don’t know what guy was running the window, but he was very rude. He had zero customer service. He had me sitting at a window waiting for 10 minutes for my food. Didn’t even say give us a minute hold on nothing I honk my horn. The food is really good but the customer service is so bad last time I went to buy some sandwich the guy saw me waiting and didn’t help me like he is not seeing me or anything and I have waited for whole 15 mins and no one wants to get me my prefer very bad service I don’t suggest anyone go to this location
Employee threw food in bag like he was playing basketball childish unprofessional not sure if he was lead or manager attire that is shirt and tie was different from regular employees
Waiting for my food and the lady with her eyebrow pierced kept picking at her face. She then dug her finger in her ear and handed me my food. Never coming back to this location.
