Took over 20 min from time of.order then forgot to put a bigmac and 2 mc.doubles in the bag not the first time have had bad experience at this location wont be back do your jobs better or quit and get some one who can
This location is advertised as wheelchair accessible, but in reality it feels very cramped and difficult to navigate comfortably. The space is quite small, and maneuvering through the seating and ordering area can be challenging if you use a wheelchair. The presentation of the food has also been consistently disappointing. Super slow service. Rediculous as it wasn’t even busy.
I’m quite disappointed with the drive-through service. Almost every time I come here just to get a coffee, I end up waiting around 10 minutes. The whole purpose of using a drive-through is quick service, but the delays make me late for work. I hope the management improves the speed of service because this has become very frustrating for regular customers.
