Just ordered thru the app and they messed up our order. Missing nuggets and our large looks more like a medium fry. We had to pull over a wait in a spot for them to still mess up and miss things. There were no cars after us but a car parked at the second pick up window.
So when the app messes up i cant get my money back?! They give u this number yo "leave a message" but yet the mail box is full?! Yeah ok. Ill just take this up with corporate, cuz clearly more training with in the store needs to happen. I dont understand how there can be like 10 of yall back there and no on know what to do!. Ill Definitely not be back to this one, yall can kick rocks!
