As bad and experience at as can be Mr. lube supposed to take 10 1520 minutes this was more than an hour, and I was standing outside behind another car that was being serviced forever with the hood open and nothing happening. I understand the game and then I was told to move because there was somebody else in another lane who had to move back there and this is absolutely unacceptable.
They claimed they “didn’t receive our order” an hour after it was placed and was confirmed by the delivery service. Actually horrible, would not recommend to anyone.
