Slow service rather help inside customers before doordashers especially since they been waiting for an hour near about it

The fries were supposed to be a medium but equaled out to maybe a small in a medium box and the chocolate shake was a qtr of the way full then stuffed the rest of the way with vanilla ice cream. Highly unlikely I'll be returning to this location again

I have never had a fast food experience so bad. This mcdonald’s is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, and trust me, i love me some mcdonald’s. I had originally set up a take out order for the new mcdonald’s and when I got there, I was told I made it out to the wrong location. So, I drove to this Mcdonald’s and got in the drive through. I waited around 10 minutes or so just for someone to say something, keep in mind, no one else was here. NOT A WORD FOR 10 MINUTES. Thought I'd give these folks another chance so stopped by again on my way home from church on Sunday. The drive- thru line wasn't as long so used that. From the time I pulled into the line (1 car ahead of me) until I got my food was 15 minutes. This is ridiculous! It's like no one expects a Sunday after church rush. Plus the fact that the so-called "HOT" apple pie was still cold has made me decide to avoid this particular McDonald's in the future.
