The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and loud! She had a terrible attitude. We placed an order online but we came 5 minutes past 11 to pick it up without knowing you can’t pick it up after a certain time. Even though my order was already placed and payed for. It’s fine that we can’t pick it up whatever, but the lady was just extremely disrespectful. We were questioning it because we had no idea we couldn’t pick it up if the app allowed us to place and pay for the order. So we ended up not getting food.
Worse McDonald's around area. Got 2 apple pies. Which they never have made. When I took a bite it was hard and the filling was a thick, hard, and very dry. Almost like it had sat over night and they served it to me. The 2 lady's in the morning are amazing and lovely people. Food is horrific tho. Take the extra time to go down to Lila Ave or a different McDonald's.
Everytime I drive thru this McDonald’s I get COLD fries and they never get order correct. I order onions on my burger and what do I get. Big fat 0. NONE. I have complained and complained and still I get NO onions. I thought McDonalds did your order to your request AND fries are cold every time. Who runs these McDonalds? Employees do not know how to do your order.
The lobby and eating area is D I S G U S T I N G!!!!!! Nobody cleans up the tables! There was lettuce and food scraps all over the tables. Not to mention the amount of lazy employee's that walk by and disreguard their disgusting location. This location used to be great, but now its overran with fruit flies, flies, and other digusting pests... Not to mention the roach problem in the womens bathroom?! 0/10. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
