It took 30 mins for us to get our food... 5 workers and only a few cars in the drive through. Their all in there eating food and hanging around not even coming to the window... 30 mins for 2 double cheese burgers. Their all standing around watching us in the drive through window .. laughing, cutting up, eating.. one didn't even have a uniform on just a hoodie with the hood up laughing....we ended up not even eating..... They wouldn't cancel our order either.
Have came to this McDonald’s dozens of times and every time I use the mobile order it’s as if they have no sense of urgency I get that people get busy and what not but I’ve waited legit 45 minutes before and by the time I get the food it’s ice cold
