My food is cold and half my order is missing
Fast food should be fast food. Not a 30 minute wait. Timeliness needs to be enforced. I’m normally patient but when I notice the staff in the kitchen giggling and standing around I couldn’t help but grow anger. On a positive note the guy at the second window was very friendly and I could tell he could have been a hard worker. Overall, McDonald’s on hwy 82 please do better!
These people totally suck at their job. Cant get an order right to save their lives. The only thing they excel at is poor customer service. Update..... I guess reviews don't matter. Went there again and still terrible.
RAW MEAT!! Got a raw meat patty on hamburger today! Didn't realize until it started tasting weird. GROSS!! Not going back to the Alabama Street McDonald's. Do better cooks!
