Very slow. Ordered on the app thinking it would be quicker. Went through the drive-thru, which seemed to take forever, only to be told to pull into a parking spot and wait even longer. Food eventually is brought out, but as we were about to leave we noticed there was no butter or syrup for the hot cakes (pictured). So now I had to park again and go inside to get the missing items. Went for breakfast super early and the staff was friendly and my order was correct. Fast service and no issues.
Why is that cranky woman still working in a customer facing job? When I get to the speaker and give her my order code she huffed like I am a inconvenience. Short and snippy and tells me what I "should have ordered" instead. And the customer care sign has been ripped so the last number cant be seen.
