Went to McDonald’s drive-through ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with bacon waited in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes. They finally come out. I head out of the McDonald’s and there’s no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. What a surprise just great quality truly trash I don’t go to McDonald’s often and now I know why.
I had the best experience at this drive thru location in my whole life. The 2 guys were so pleasant, got our order right, had a good conversation and even took the time to ask if we needed anything else with a smile! If there is a video it should be used for future trainings how customer service is so important!
