Late night wait time is ridiculous.
Hands down worst service. Took 45 mins to get our food after waiting 15 mins for someone to take our order. Everyone back there eating the fries, laughing, and being loud. Manager was doing her best too keep them on task but to no avail
Sadly getting breakfast is slow and only two people working there every morning
To many young people that’s works there don’t care. And it makes the ones who does work & cares look bad because they actually care about their job. Two days in the row I had to pull up for some cookies. First day I waited 35min, I actually had to go in and see what’s going on. They gave the cookies to the wrong person. Then had to wait some more. But still waited patiently because the tall gentleman made sure he took care of the situation and he’s wasn’t even a manager.
