GREAT ice cream
I was in the drive through 07-09-25 and when I came up to the 2nd window to pick up my food, the person (Janella) was very rude. I asked for a drink tray because I had 4 drinks and she proceeded to give me a very upsetting look and popped her lips as she got the tray then after I got my drinks in the car she had 1 of my 2 bags in her hand before I could turn around and shook it a bit and said “here”. Not sure if she had a bad day but she can not act this way working in Customer Service. Totally unacceptable
The hash browns were NOT hot/fresh. They were very greasy. I asked for ice water and the lady at the take out window said "my water isn't working until he turns it back on".... seriously, you can't even get water to go with your sandwich and hash browns? SMH
