I'm not sure why, but no matter which location I go to, something is wrong with the Frappe machine! Come on, folks! It's summertime!
This was by far the worst McDonald's ever. The food took almost an hour. Then, when they didn't have something, they offered a partial refund after making us wait 45 minutes! We ended up getting a whole refund and some of what we ordered but not all. When we got there, there was 45 minutes left of breakfast before they transitioned to lunch. Slowest Drive Thru EVER
Stopped at the McDonald’s on Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley around 9:30–10 PM. Went through the drive-thru twice—first for 40 nuggets and two hamburgers (ketchup only), then again for a hamburger Happy Meal (also ketchup only). Basic food. No custom orders, no line, but both trips took forever. The guy at the window barely acknowledged us—face buried in his phone.
