Hands down the best McDonald’s I have ever visited!! Food is always hot & fresh & the employees are always welcoming!! The drive thru always moves fast & my order is always correct!! Please give these people a raise, they deserve it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really wanted to try the big arch. The folks filling orders for the drive thru decided I needed a double quarter pounder instead. The order is right on the bag, clearly stating big arch. Paid for a big arch. The box in the bag was plainly marked as a double quarter pounder. They just don’t care if they get it right. Check your bag before you leave people.
I ordered sweet tea was not sweet, talked to a young guy he started that the customer's complained about it all day, the customer service was awful management and crew wasn't professional. Crew didn't wear gloves, some of the crew weren't in uniforms. 2 management walked passed the us no eye to eye contact, no interaction, they walked with their heads down. I was so disappointed.
Disgusting food! Not even worth one star. We found a long hair (as you can see) inside the meat of our burger.
