This is a really good mcdonalds
I would avoid coming here. I placed an order on the app (pick up at "drive thru") at 10:39p 17Feb2025 for this McD location, which advertised serving until 11p. When I arrived at 10:45p to collect, there were cones blocking off the drive thru. This was odd, considering the app provided "drive thru" as an available option for pick up (the other available options for hand-off were "counter" and "table" with the unavailable option being "curb side". Mgr refused to give me some pickles on the side with my chicken biscuit. I offered to pay extra. She flat out said no. The only mcdonalds that's ever done this.
We arrived we tryed order on the kiosk and i think it make it easier if the meals were numbered but we decided not to order on it went up to the cashier to order she stays she cant take our orde we HAVE TO USE KIOSK rude way we go back tried for fill our order then kiosk say we can't pay there we have to take our receipt and go pay at cashier make it make sense we decided to leave customer service was poor,drive thru is better
