Have been very sick with cyclosporiasis. Since the outbreaks, I have been avoiding lettuce and fresh produce at home. I had asked for no lettuce on my Mcchicken, but lettuce was heaped on anyway. I took most of it off, but some still remained. Lo and behold, six days later I’m so sick and diagnosed with the parasite. Why is McDonald’s still using lettuce on their sandwiches? Shouldn’t it be recalled?
We ordered 2 kids meals, with nuggets and 2 apple juices. Big Mac and bacon quarter cheese and 1 large fries. We got everything except the apple juice. And by the way, this is not the first time in this location
I love this location. There is rarely a wait.
