Worst drive thru experience, the cashier didn't extend his arm with the payment terminal, he left it on the edge of the window closest to him, and I practically had to unbuckle my seatbelt and stick my body out the window to tap my card. When I asked for napkins, ketchup, and chicken sauce at the next window, the window person assured me that it's in the bag. Got to the park with my kids, opened the bag, and no ketchup, chicken sauce, or napkins!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Great job on hiring a bunch of no minds McDonald's!!!

I have been frequenting this McDonalds for a few years. They regularly like to scam customers. This McDonalds serves the skinniest ice cream cones I have ever seen. I stopped buying ice cream from them altogether. The ketchup coming out of the dispenser is really watered down, every time. I think they are adding water to the ketchup. Now, I just ask for ketchup packets. They have also put only 1 slice of cheese in my Quarter Pounder. Also, I once paid more for extra bacon with my morning pancakes, but actually got only a bun... read more
