I ordered 5 McDoubles, and every single one was made wrong. Some were missing pickles, others had no onions, and several had the patties hanging halfway off the bun with ketchup smeared everywhere. It honestly looked like they were thrown together with no attention to detail. It's frustrating to see the quality of service decline this much.
