Very disappointing experience. I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. There was no explanation or apology for the delay, making the experience even more frustrating. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers deserve better communication and more efficient service. This unnecessary wait wasted my time and left me very dissatisfied. There has not been a time I have gone to this store and got my correct order ! Tonight I ordered that went great at least this time they listened and I could understand them. Get to the window to pay and that’s when they couldn’t figure out! They didn’t even have my order close to what I had asked for. So I reorder my food to be sure we are both on the same page.
