This is incredible. Got my hotcakes. No butter, no syrup, no utensils. Had to go back two times to get my stuff. They have no courtesy nor did they apologized. Bad service. They need to be retrained and be more compassionate about their actions and job. You need a new crew or train them better. They need to learn how to treat people. Where’s the manager??? Manager was rude…. No receipt. They forgot the OJ ? This McDonalds should close down or get a better crew….. smh they need intervention or an undercover person…
