This particular McDonald's is the most unorganized and unprofessional establishment in the Columbus area. Receipts not coming out on kiosks manager accused us of trying to get free drinks because we didn't have Receipts from there machines. This place has been a problem for as long as I can remember please people stay away especially if your in a hurry and want a worry free experience. Keep moving
Do NOT buy orange juice from this location. They did everything, but come out and admit that it's watered down. Claimed the machine does it. I noticed it was watery a couple of weeks ago. I walked in yest and there was another customer returning his, for the same reason. I told them they should be ashamed. Their juice is too expensive for it to be watered down. Was told it would be taken off of the menu (for now, I'm sure.)
There have been a few times that the food was ok, but a lot of times, this is the worst quality McDonald’s in town. Just today my quarter pounder was thrown together carelessly and the bun was hard and stale again. Also missing items happens frequently here.
Had the best tasting Double Quarter Pounder from a McDonalds that I have ever had. Juicy, very tasty, and just the right temperature! Not just good, but worth posting over!
