I placed my order at the kiosk and when I clicked pay with card it told me to go to the counter. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service. Finally got someone to come over only to be told that they weren't taking orders because they were too busy and then the person walked away and no employees would talk to us. Shameful service. I dont know what they meant about being too busy. There was only one car waiting to place an order and the lobby had maybe five groups in it.
We ordered on the kiosk and it said that it wasnt accepting cashless payments, so to pay at the counter. We stood there for 10 minutes of the staff ignoring us completely until I called out to one of them and she literally said No we won't take accept your order because we're busy. There was one car in the drive thru and about 4 people in the lobby. Completely ridiculous
Spent $40 on three combos and the quarter pounder meat was raw. So disgusted I called and the manger on duty only offered a remake. I will never waste my money here again!
