Item missed from my mobile order
This is one of the worse experiences I’ve had!! I called them to tell complain about my order I’ve received thru uber.. the manager said she couldn’t do anything about if she didn’t had the sandwich in front of her.. ( I had surgery a week ago and can’t drive) i explained it to her and she still refused to do anything.. so I had to send my husband to bring it to her (Wich I stayed alone n couldn’t b alone) and she still kept on asking for screenshots of my uber order and receipt!! Good
Cons- Mc Flurry was sold out “. Coming soon” my order was also incomplete. This was a drive thru order. Associate was rushing me couldn’t even finish explaining how I wanted the meal On the bright side the wait wasn’t as bad thought it would be- hence the rush from the cashier
Friendly staff despite being understaffed the evening I visited, they did their best to fulfill orders in a timely manner as humanly possible.
