There were some issues with the order but the manager Yvonne made it right and was very nice.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 small meals, I was told to pull around to front. Waited 15 minutes had to walk in. No one knew where my order was or that it hadn’t been made yet. Girl hands me my bag, non sauce, no napkins, no sorry for your wait. Customer service is awful and when I brought to manager’s attention she went on to complain about being short staffed. Again, no apology for my wait.
Worst McDonald’s ever! I ordered two Mc double meals and a coffee. I got two Mc double meals with one Coke and one coffee. At the window I asked for my other Coke but they said i got a coffee instead. I wasn’t aware that you could swap out cokes for coffees either. I told the person at the window that I paid for the coffee in addition to the Mc double meals so I should have three drinks instead of two.
