What a joke of a restaurant. Tonight, an employee thought it was acceptable to throw two straws at me like I was at a baseball game, not a drive-thru. When I told her my soda was flat and disgusting, she gave me the best customer service training McDonald’s must offer: absolutely no response. On 8/19/2025 I came to the McDonald's on Broad River Rd to order breakfast. I was asked to pull up. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes and the order never arrived. I went inside and the manager proceeded to process a refund for me and tell me that my name would be in the book. I went back to the location to get my order replaced on 8/21/2025 and the manager Tiffany was on duty. She was very rude and refused to replace my order because I couldn't give her the managers name and because I came to get the order replaced too lat... read more
