Hii, very bad service, today night we wanted to order shakes and sandwiches, but a Mexico lady was so rude and said we don’t have shakes, I don’t now why, is they don’t have any shakes. Very bad
I came here this morning as I usually do before work. I have never encountered a problem before. So I ordered a number 2. They forgot my hashbrown so I went in with my order and receipt. Upon coming in there was no one up front . There are at least three people standing where you get the orders and the hashbrowns. I stand there about 5 minutes still no one acknowledged I was there. Inside is clean, and good to eat inside. Staff is nice. We eat once every two weeks here. Online pick up orders, curbside, mostly. We only order for two people. While they are very quick to bring our the food. 3 out of 5 times the order isn't right. They forget a burger or give us 2 of something and one of the other when it was reversed, or just don't give us a few items, or wrong size drinks. I just check before we leave to make sure. They always correct it.
