We normally do a mobile order through the drive-through and have minimal issues. However, the last two times we have went it has been a disaster with our mobile order floating through the database, despite my phone saying where I was, my code & my order. I had to wait for 20+ minutes I was in the drive-through asked to come inside and my order eventually came through Which necessarily isn’t their fault But no one knew how to resolve the issue or what was going on. Place used to be really good but I think they hired and fired some people on night shift because since I stopped hearing the Mexican music blasting on the speaker, now my food is always gross, dry ect and they almost always forget something
How are you supposed to order mobile when the people working here don’t know the alphabet? Mobile pickup is literally A–Z, not quantum physics.
Waited 15 mintues for food just to be handed the wrong order , then when they remade it it was ice cold, dissapointed is an understatement.
