Their food is simply thrown together. My burger was smashed, and then a cockroach crawled out of the bag. I will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again they have roaches. You can and will sick from eating at a roach infested establishment

I’m not hard to please. But these people just simply don’t care if you’re happy or not. As customer service in a drive-through, I feel like that’s probably the most important thing. I just ordered two cheeseburgers and a medium fry and the cheeseburgers had ketchup smeared all over them, and they refused to remake my order. I ended up ordering the exact same thing and I received it with Very little ketchup on the cheeseburgers. I find it strange when someone just wearing a mcdonald's hat approaches your car in drive through and says give me your card and your 3 card away from pay window. Knowing that work there and not knowing if you're paying your bill or somebody else's. Okay now I'm adding more. Again just went inside and ordered food. And after I paid i thought it was kinda high. Of course no receipt because cashier said not able to give receipts. I spoke to manager and it was fixed over 7 dollars charged to much. This troy McDonalds needs to g... read more

Got my kid the kids meal with the toy... No toy... apparently they are out of toys, but have ZERO warning that your kid will be devastated when there is no toy in the box, and you just paid $6 for a burger and apple slices... the manager says, "yea, we're out." And walks away. Also, my burger was OFF the bun, but the cheese was smashed into the burnt bun, fries were ice cold and I asked for 4-5 honey packs for 40 nuggets and she still handed me 3 and walked away again...
