Very clean and employees were helpful and polite.
It is supposed to be an ice caramel coffee, extra syrup, extra caramel and extra whipped cream. If I had a little whipped cream, everything else didn't exist, they only gave a coffee with ice and a little cream. Don't complain because the guy at the bar is very friendly and he wasn't the one who prepared it, but it's money that one is paying if I wanted a coffee with ice I wouldn't pay extra for anything.
