TISET was the sweetest individual I’ve ever had at this location. Mentioned it to the manager as I was leaving but she had no interest in what I had to say. Needless to say I rarely use this location bc of the horrible customer service. The manager on shift this morning and definitely needed to smile about 10 times more. HOWEVER, Tiset was a wonderful exception and EXTREMELY SWEET! UPDATE: order wrong bc of the back end not TISET WHO TOOK MY ORDER. The owner really needs to do Something about this staff. The evening staff! They refused to serve us because we got there at 10:40. They said they were not cooking anymore food. They would not make anything and had about four cars in line and refused. These workers are lazy and incompetent! The manager was even worse she refused as well. This was on 7/13. If the owner would like to look into what manager it was.
Took 30mins to get food in drive thru, and still got it wrong. Then had to wait another 15 for fries i was missing.
