Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and waited 20 minutes, went to the counter and asked how much longer and they began making it when I asked. It was 9 at night and not very busy
Yall have got to be one of the SORRIEST McDonald’s in Columbus. Can’t take & make but one order at a time. And what’s the point of having 2 drive through lines if you’re only going to serve one?
Updated as of 5)28/2025! Forget about having it your way this is their way or no way Don't ever ask them to actually put salt on the fries they won't do it cuz they can do it for everybody. They don't cook the birds or salt the fries even when cooking them so one star all the way around. So normally this store is good on food. The service has always been abysmal at best, but my visit Saturday was horrible. The burgers were raw. When I went back with said burgers and spoke to the manager she said so you want your money back. ... read more
