I ordered a BIG MAC meal 1st the new kid enter the order in wrong at the first window. Then the manager proceeded to argue with me about the wrong order. Then when I finally got the order the Fries was cold the drink with watered down and the BIG MAC Sandwich itself was harder than the brick 🧱 than went to see the manager again to which she Started to argue with me again and she said was not refunding anything. I WANT MY REFUND OR A REMADE ORDER. ABSOLUTELY BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND FROM FRONT TO BACK OF THE HOUSE.
Horrible customer service & the problem is a lot of young people work there aren’t being properly trained properly. The nonchalant attitudes when you walk in or if they forget something on your order they have an attitude as if it’s your fault they have to get it order prepare it again. Horrible all around service
Unfortunately, our family got food poisoning here... We won't order from here again...
Food is not prepared to McDonald's standards. They don't know how to wrap the burger up so when removed from bag it just falls out. Soda machine is out. They're using hose water from outside at a faucet for their sink currently. Does somehow has an 'a' rating.
