Ordered through the app and when I got there my order had already been prepared, and was hot and fresh.
Visited for a drive thru lunch. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to discover my fish sandwich was half the size that it use to be and my "famous fries" were cold . I ordered and paid for($15.01, at that!) a Oreo McFlurry only to be told at the pick up window their machine was down but I could pick something else like a shake that was half the price.
