I usually order food at this McDonald’s. The quality is pretty good, but the customer service could be better. There’s one female employee at the drive-thru who is often rude and doesn’t greet customers properly.
They charged me 20$ and I didn't get my food. They claimed it was an error and sent me on my way. Unbelievably terrible service.
This McDonald's is amazing! I asked them to make a shake & pkg it in a larger cup because I had to bring it to a hospital where my dad had recently become a quadriplegic. The manager at this McDonald's went above & beyond.
