HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came through the drive- thru and ordered a small Dr. Pepper and a Double filet o fish with NO CHEESE, extra tartar sauce and tomato. Upon first receipt of my sandwich, there were two fish patties but there was STILL CHEESE. So I sent it back, only to get ONE fish patties when I ordered and paid for TWO! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they said to only use the kiosk to order and the kiosk wouldn’t work then I went to the front and they didn’t help and just stood there.
I see why they have a 3.2. You can clearly see they don’t care about their job or the food they serve. I asked for hot, fresh fries and cookies. The fries were crumbs and not hot or fresh. Sent the fries back only to get basically the same thing. Never again. The one employee was leaning in the receiving tray on her phone…
