Despite not having any human contact because the customer is now expected to do everything on their own prior to receiving food in their hands, service is poor. What was most remarkable was the disgusting state of cleanliness or lack there of inside. In the main ordering and eating area the floors were so filthy that you could see large stains that had been smeared all over the floors and your feet stuck wherever you walked. The fries were soggy, the burger wasn't even made right, and it was a sloppy mess. Pop machines were empty. Very disappointing.
