I don’t even know where to begin with this McDonald’s, but “rude” doesn’t come close. The workers acted like taking our order was some kind of personal insult. We walked in being nothing but kind and respectful, and they treated us like we were inconveniencing them just by existing. Not only did they mess up the order—like, COMPLETELY butchered it—they also took forever. We waited so long I genuinely thought they were out back farming the potatoes from scratch. fix your hours online/on the door. we walked here just to get told it’s drive thru only. it would’ve helped to know that before we walked.
