They left out half the food, which, of course, we didn't see until we got home. Happily, corporate customer complaints is sending us a refund since we had the receipt.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited, and if zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what I would give. The staff were unprofessional, immature, and completely untrained in basic customer service. The manager on duty displayed behavior that was absolutely unacceptable for anyone in a leadership role. After I explained that I have a disability and could not use the kiosk, he outright refused to take my order and told me to go back to my car and use the drive-thru instead.
