I been here waiting for a hour. I only ordered a hot chocolate and a fry. They didn’t even try to acknowledge us in the lobby.
This is the second time either my husband or I have gone to this McDonald’s, and they’re always extremely behind. I understand that some places might be understaffed, but it really seems like there’s no leadership here. The drive-thru line was ridiculous, so my husband went inside to pick up our order — only to find several other people waiting, some for over an hour. Food good but the personal who worked as the HBO could have said thank you or do you need any condiments, she slammed the window talk about service but the women working in what McDonald's call the hole at 1st window was polite. Some people especially now days don't even understand what customer service is about no job is that hard.
