Ordered at this location on accident and when contacting less than two minutes after the order was placed hoping to cancel dude in the phone said I never placed an order when I told him the code, then hung up on me. Definitely should’ve checked what location I ordered at but he had no need to hang up on me mid-sentence
poor customer service. ordered an iced caramel coffee. told them that it has no caramel on it. the staff make it like a big issue, that she puts 6 pump on it. but theres no caramel on it. in the end, she angrily pressed the caramel for 3 pumps. just for 3 pumps, is that hard?
