Always good service.
Ordered curbside, with several drinks, asked for a carrying tray, she said she didn't have.i said I didn't have places for all the drinks. I needed to carry them into a place,how can I keep from spilling in my car. She looked annoyed. I had to set drinks on floor. I went inside and asked about a tray.one lady gave me a cardboard try to fold together.only held 2 drinks.i could see the lady that came to my car giving me a dirty look. Why dont they have eggshell type trays that hold 4 drinks???
Why is it so hard to find a mcdonald's now adays where the staff atuly speak or atleast understand basic English every time I come here I get the same thing and every time till run me between 5-10 bucks because the staff can't put it into the system right now you have them changing 2.50 for a cup of fountain water when the meal came with a fountain drink to begin with
I came in today and my number was 632. I ordered 2 of the value meals and use the app for the free fries with purchase of a $1. Something simple. I would never come back because as I was trying to show evidence I was dismissed as it wasn’t in the system and they never took a look. I don’t care nor will it hurt me.. as an owner you would expect the leadership to at least listen before they make pre-determined choices.
