Why did it take 30 minutes for me to get a coffee? Legit. I’m just trying to figure out how that is? They weren’t even busy and then it was melted when I got it. Gross.
It's frustrating to see how inefficient things can be. You get a 30-minute break, try to order the simplest thing on the menu—knowing exactly how the kitchen operates—but it still takes 15 minutes to get your food. Meanwhile, the staff in the kitchen has more than enough time to socialize. After 33 years in food service, seeing this kind of work ethic makes me sick.
Worse service ever. I ordered my food, when I received my sausage and cheese mcgriddle it had no sausage just egg and cheese. What's wrong we ran out of sausage? Can't call phone lines always busy.

Consistent, friendly staff, food was good - chicken a little overdone but sandwich was good (great for fast food restaurant).
