As always the staff are wonderful. However the quality of the food has gone down. Dry burgers soggy nuggets etc. If the qualitly of food instance happens once in awhile ok I get that. However over the past couple of months things have gotten worse. I did try to speak to someone about it once However they were to busy .
i ordered a fish and fries, they gave me cookies. i had to turn around and go right back to the store after already getting home.
I know there's new management, and its AWFUL, because there's no way 3 employees are chatting away during the lunch rush and delaying my food. The employees back in the kitchen and behind the register seemed to be struggling to get as many orders out while 3 -- one of which is obviously the manager -- are just sitting uselessly. This is unfair not inly to the employees, but to the CUSTOMERS as well. They are the reason my and everyone else's food isn't ready. They could be helping but instead are being useless and lazy. They honestly have the best fries it’s always hot and new idk if new management but please stick to it and then also double check your order before pulling off because I ordered McGriddle and got a McMuffin
