It’s hit or miss with a high chance of a miss at this location. A recent Sunday morning at 8am there were literally no employees inside/store not even open for business. They easily get way behind and I’ve waited (with several other customers) over 20-25 minutes for a drive-thru order.
We went thru the 2nd lane of the drive thru and got skipped so I decided to park and order inside. I let the manager know the 2nd lane wasn't working because we got skipped. No apology or explanation. Just "ill take your order here." So I order and went to take my son to the play place but decided to leave right away. The tables were all filthy and the playplace looks like it never gets cleaned.
This is the nastiest McDonald's ever. They served me burnt nuggets with cold frys. In the end it was fixed, but it never should've happened.
They always very nice and help cheer me up when I'm feeling down. LOVE The sweet tea, man is it some good stuff!
