Slower than molasses on Christmas Eve. My heavens.
If you'll come to pickup at the counter you'll have to wait for a very long time with no customers inside waiting. By the time they've prepared my order, the hashbrown they've put in the bag in the beginning was almost cold.
The place was filthy, the customer service was not even close to being what I would expect at a mcdonalds, and they got our order wrong. We ordered ONE thing and they got it wrong. I heard the employees in the back messing around, rough housing, and singing songs. The front cashier lady was slightly rude. It's McDonald's, I get it, but this was bad. We've been to several other McDonald's around town, and they have been actually pleasant, unlike this horrible location.
Like other people are saying...I don't know what's going on with customer service. Why do I have to greet you first for me to get some sort of acknowledgement that you see me? I always request to replace the nasty apples in the happy meals for my kids with another set of fries. Here that was just too complicated, they left the apples, gave me more fries and charged me for it. All the tables were gross like they are just using a wet napkin to wipe it. It's not like the food is getting cheaper here.
A dumpster fire of a restaurant, apparently mainly because the manager is the type of person to clock out during busy times in the middle of the day and not tell anyone. I'll note, some of the workers there seem like decent people. Prepare to sit in the parking lot for over ten minutes for a single item order.
