The food was good, but your managers have a listening problem. The self-serve monitor did not print a receipt and did not give an order number. When I went to ask if it went through because their computer screen was off too. I was met with, "yeah! It's right here!".... Ok, I'm trying to tell you I didn't get a number. They don't even serve real hamburger there.
Place sucks. Nobody wants to work the front register, there just ok with robots taking over there jobs. And they got rid of the soda machine. I will never eat at a McDonald’s ever again until they bring the soda machines backs. Place is a complete joke. Stood there 15 mins waiting for someone to help me, and nobody came they all just looked at me but nothing. Damn shame what McDonalds has become!
