I’m actually here dining with my toddler. I came in & the place is an absolute dirty mess. Even all the tables. I’ll post pics shortly. I used their kiosks, cus God forbid I go up to the counter. I am using cash so I had to go to the counter. The kiosks didn’t have receipts or those number things to put on tables so they can find me. I’m a delivery driver, and I visited your restaurant . At the first window I was told the order was being prepared. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, I was informed at the second window that the order did not exist. I also want to mention that the staff showed no concern or willingness to help resolve the issue. Their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Outside of a few employees this McDonald’s is horrible the service is slow the staff have very foul language and the atmosphere is gettho.. if my sister didn’t work here I wouldn’t eat here.
