I always forget something when I order.
Going through the drive-thru was an absolute hassle. I had to yell my order not once, but two to three times just to be heard, and even then it still didn’t feel like it was fully understood. The staff seemed more focused on rushing than actually listening, which made the entire ordering process frustrating from the start. ordered the fifa world cup meal and did not receive the cup, i later went back with a receipt and the manager told me they arent going to do anything about it, its a cup.
