This McDonalds is very good. You can tell the people are hard workers and do a great job. University Heights needs to learn from both them and mayfield heights because the one in UH is horrible. If you have to choose between the two, go here.
I attempted to pick up a DoorDash order here the other night but of course, one of the two drive-thru lanes was closed off and there was a long line of traffic that I had to wait in. When it was my turn though, before I could even say anything, I was told by the employee on the other end to “hang on” several times before they completely disappeared and never came back.
