So, I ordered a large iced coffee, just cream and sugar. They always ask, "no flavoring?" What does just, cream and sugar mean?? Smh Got the cream, but no sugar!!
UPDATE 4/2026.... Worst McDonalds around. Staff terrible in drive thru. I guess ordering a sundae with nuts is a hysterical joke that several staff could not compose themselves. Laughing, breaking up... I caught on in about 3 seconds... but new item in the employee handbook.. belittle customers. This is not the McDonalds S Euclid I knew. Drive thru a little slow, but at least fries were hot and the milkshake was good. Staff was pleasant.
Ordered in drive through, was told to pull up.20 minutes later with no food yet, I went into the store to find out what was going on. My order wasn't ready yet, I wasn't too happy nor were the many cars behind me. Mgr had no answer as to why it was taking so long.Been coming to this store many years and it has gone downhill.
