What could be bad with McD's???
They messed up my order then looked at me like I was trying to steal from them when I asked for what i ordered. I clearly stated my order. When you mess up, you should own it. She was clearly distracted and didn't enter what I ordered. But to treat someone like they are trying to steal is discrimination.
If this is where McDonald's is headed, they won't be open long. I had to order food from the kiosk, then get a ticket to pay for it at the counter. It took a good 5 minutes for anyone to take my money. The bathroom was locked, and I was told someone would open it for me. That did not happen. No refills on drinks. Tables were so dirty. I asked an employee to clean, and he did it with a smile. That was the best experience I had. It's kind of sad that getting someone to clean a table was the best part of my experience.
