For the past 2 days on my mobile app I have requested NO EGG on my steak McMuffin and they still put the egg on there anyway. 1st time a mistake, but to do this back to back...you can't flat out read or aren't reading the order thoroughly! Get it right! It's not that hard. It's not my job to keep picking the egg off my sandwich. The tall black guy was amazingly nice the past to days which is the only reason I feel bad for doing the review but please pay attention to the orders yall!
Place gave better service when it was closed due to the fire, absolute joke of a team and management, can’t ever get any sort or order correct, let alone any customer service Money’s better off in a bonfire than given to to these people
Waited in like 20min just to receive the wrong order, waited another 6 minutes for the order to also be wrong.
This McDonalds (Cedar Springs) is closed. There are gates around it but one opening so it looks like they could just be doing work on the parking lots. Several people pulled in when I did. One of the workers was quite rude to me, even though there are no “closed” signs and there is one gate opened to get in. To the owner: your workers are managing your reputation while the place is closed and it isn’t going well. I’d put some more visible signs up if I wanted future business.
Never go on 3rd shift The only time I will go here is 1st and 2nd shift.
