it was filthy inside, the food was wrong, i asked and PAID for a large water and ended up with a medium, the staff was extremely rude and when i asked POLITELY to have my order correct, they fixed the burger but not my drink, don’t come here unless you want your order wrong, shitty food and a rude and filthy environment

Up until about a year ago I loved McDonald's for a late night snack or a travel meal. Recently I have gotten 2 burgers that were so greasy I couldn't eat them. The first was a double cheeseburger I bought in Manhattan it oozed grease and didn't taste right. I figured it was just that franchise. Last week when I got home from a trip I tried again, I figured I would change my order, so I got a double ¼pounder w/cheese. Unfortunately I had the same problem.
