Kiosk went down as I was tapping my card and they told me to head to the register to pay because all of the kiosks went down....welp, checked my statement after i got back home and got charged at the kiosk even though it never finished the transaction and gave me a receipt so i got double dipped....i haven't been to McDonald's in a bit and I won't be going back again......fully staffed but no one wanted to attend to the register
Staff was awesome, kinda pricy for McDonalds but, better than the strip.
I bought this for my 95-year-old mother and she loved it
Absolutely horrible experience today! Put in a curbside pickup order for my sister to grab while she was in the mall parking lot. I received the notification that it was picked up yet nobody ever brought the food out. She went inside and it was sitting on the counter cold. I called and spoke with a manager and they remade everything, but never told her it was ready, so she once again ended up with cold food. Spent $40+ on food that took an hour to receive cold.
