Food was not to my expectations, saimin broth was watery, fried chicken not seasoned, hamberger steak, hard dry, and gravy had to much minced jar garlic. As a Hawaii born national and owner of a small local Puerto Rican Hawaiian food catering business. I know local and ethnic Hawaiian food. This could have been better.
