Dirty and unpleasant… I ordered through the app but as soon as I walked into this location I turned around and cancelled my order. I usually go to other locations and they are clean and pleasant.

This mcdonald's is absolutely horrible and the customer service sucks , they don't even acknowledge your presence when you walk up to the register, absolutely understaffed and just an overall terrible experience

This McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to in my life. It was 1 in the morning so I didn’t really expect it to be busy but then I see a long line in the drive thru. I waited 40 minutes in there only for them to tell me they’re not accepting orders anymore. I even had a mobile order too. This is ridiculous, I’m never coming back here ever again.

We waited patiently for like 30 minutes just to place an order and the customer service was horrible. We had sauces on our order and when we were handed the bag we noticed the sauces were not there. We waited for them to come back and asked politely for our sauces. In return, the employee rolled her eyes, said nothing, and proceeded to hand us the wrong sauces instead of the ones we asked for. I was honestly taken aback by how rude the employee was and how poor the service was.
