Ordered nuggets asked for barbecue and buffalo, said it would be extra for a second sauce? First time ever at a McDonald’s that has happened, guy was rude about it as well

This location exemplifies why I hate taking my kids to Mc Donald's. It is managed horribly and results in never enough staff. The dining room is supposed to be open until 11pm. It was closed when we got there at 8:30. We had to go through the drive through. 35 MINUTES WITH 4 CARS IN FRONT OF ME!!!!!!!!
