Workers are very rude and unattentive. I walked up to one of the workers at the counter and calmly said excuse multiple times and was trying to ask for a water cup. The worker never heard me and was wearing AirPods, but when he finally heard me he got a water cup and just tossed it and threw it on the table instead of handing it to me in my hand. Absolutely horrible! We order the deal on the McDonalds app where you get 20pc chicken nuggets, 2 medium fries and 2 medium drinks for $10, the workers only gave us 8pc chicken nuggets and when I brought this to their attention they told me that I was lying and that I didn’t order, even after showing the receipt and my order app history. They ended up snatching my receipt and I never got the rest 12 chicken nuggets! This is messed up.

The worst service ever. I visited the drive thru at 1:15 am and the meal that I ordered included 4 nuggets. When I arrived home , the small for the nuggets was empty. So I drove back, and requested a Manager. I was greeted with a “What happened?” After explaining why I came back, the Manager closed the window and had the cashier hand me six nuggets. Zero apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. No sauce was offered as well. Definitely won’t be back. Shame on whoever is responsible for hiring these folks.
