Ordered a fish fillet waited 30min, go ask for a refund wait some more, lose patience - leave. Yeah and the bathroom was disgusting. No refund no food
The bathrooms were worse then most porter John's ive seen. And we had to ask for service after standing their for 10 while they acted like we were invisible
20260823 The young black lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. It is refreshing to encounter an employee who provides excellent customer service! Thank you. They only have the #3 Hello Kitty Godzilla toy. 6 years ago...The employees at the drive thru were friendly. The fries were perfect. The crispy chicken sandwich was ok... The chicken patty was fried longer than it should. Instead of crispy, the chicken patty was hard and dry.
All McDonalds need to focus on customers in the building instead of the drive-thru. This is a problem with all fast food places. The size of the 1/4 pounder is MUCH smaller than it used to be look at my hand compared to the burger. The burger was overcooked but the place was a literally a disaster. Look at the photos. This is what Chic fi la is #1. Customer is Superior and the place super clean and friendly.
